One of the newest additions. We branched off of our popular Dormer Shed to give it a different look.

• 5/8" Sturdi-Floor t&g plywood

• 79" studs on 24" centers

• 2×4 top and bottom plate

• 7/16" osb sheathing on exterior walls

• Trusses are 5/12 on 24" centers with 7/16" decking

• 4" cedar overhang

• 2-9' wide by 30" raised roof 3' from the end of the building

• 2-36"x12" white divided window in raised roof

• 36"x80" white door with cottage insert

• 29 ga. painted exterior metal with 40 year warranty

• 16 wide gables are measured eave to eave
